In winter, the waters come alive with massive schools of redfish, drawing anglers from all over for one of the most sought after catches of the season. The clarity of the water in winter is a unique quality to this area, allowing you to see fish moving beneath the surface, making every cast an important one.
Inshore fishing here provides opportunities with species such as Red Drum, Speckled Trout, Flounder, and Sheepshead and many more. Just beyond the shore, the nearshore waters offer a whole new world of fishing. Some of the targets include Spanish Mackerel, False Albacore, Cobia, Grey Trout, Black Seabass and Flounder.
